My Friend

And you know good and well I don't drink coffee, so you fill my cup full of sand......

.......I thought you were my friend too, man my shadow comes in line before you
I'm finding out that it's not so easy, especially when your only friend, talks, sees, looks and feels like you, and you do just the same as him.

Haiku 14

Needle in haystack
Easier to find today
Than a real person

Noctorniquet

If I trust in the wind she will pave me a different road. I will try and start over but I think I must choose someone else. I am pulled from the pages where the letters lack the pigment of trust. Must be on my way I've gotta get home. Won't be back someday so let it unfold.
I've abandoned the outcome in search of the rest I deserve. You can do what you will with my body but I won't ring the bell. I've omitted the chapters that bow and admit defeat.

Higher than mountains of cavernous people searching for a lighthouse in the fog.

The cheese stands alone
Something I've taken to heart
In this universe

God will be cut

Hattori Hanzo: I am finished doing what I swore an oath to God 28 years ago to never do again. I've created, "something that kills people." And in that purpose, I was a success. I've done this because, philosophically, I am sympathetic to your aim. I can tell you with no ego, this is my finest sword. If on your journey, you should encounter God, God will be cut.

Haiku 12

Let the bed bugs bite
They won't be able to pierce
My bulletproof soul

Haiku 11

The Void in my chest
Spins around my hopeless heart
And gives back nothing

The Walrus and the Carpenter

The time has come my fine young friend to talk of many things, of shoes and ships and sealing wax, of cabbages and kings.

Haiku 10

I might have killed you
This solemn truth wanders on
And never looks back

Haiku 9

For always making
Impressive love yourself
Read the initials

This Mental Eclipse

In life
I am the spider
Kung Fu
I am the snake
In dreams
I am the owl
In love
I am with you
Foreordained by the powerful insight of a gibbering madman who, cast upon the seas of the wide world in tumultuous splendor, proceeds to find a balance on such strange surfaces as have never before been mastered. The will to dream and the dare to hope function equally as a lever to move the heavens and the earths in a cosmic blend of poetic nonsense, this mental eclipse, having said so returns to eternal slumber beneath the rolling waves.

Moby-Dick

But not only is the sea such a foe to man who is an alien to it, but it is also a fiend to its own off-spring; worse than the persian host who murdered his own guests; sparing not the creatures which itself hath spawned. Like a savage tigress that tossing in the jungle overlays her own cubs, so the sea dashes even the mightiest whales against the rocks, and leaves them there side by side with the split wrecks of ships. No mercy, no power but its own controls it. Panting and snorting like a mad battle steed that has lost its rider, the masterless ocean overruns the globe.

-Herman Melville, "Moby-Dick" 1851
