This is a good one.
So Kristine and i are in hollywood and we pull over in the car we're driving and go out to lay out on the hood and look up at the sky. police cars start circling with their red and blue light flashing just on the outer edges of my vision. it seems like they are surrounding us, and suddenly a low flying helicopter comes by, with mellow red and blue colored searchlights, dim like the ones in our bathroom. Just as i feel they are about to capture us, i am floated away, not under my own power. i float for a while, till i am landed on a 3 story building amid some tall trees and grass some distance from my dream hollywood. i land next to my cousin Zach, who it turns out is the one that floated me there. 'how did you do that?' i ask, but he just shrugs it off and says we should practice our flying. i try to call Kristine, but my phone doesn't work. Zach flies off the building, in a diagonal line to the ground, almost like he's on a wire. 'how does that look?' he says, 'cool' i say, 'like a the diving crawl of some giant insect.' then i leap off the building and show him how to go upwards with it, floating over the tree tops and back down to him on the ground. my dream flying style is an arched back leaping gliding, kind of like a leaf in the wind, except the wind is strong and single minded and under my control. we go back up top and fly a few more times, the last time there are people on the ground and i ask Zach if they will be able to see us fly. 'They won't even notice' he says, and demonstrates by flying to the ground right by them. They don't notice. Then we meet up with John B. and Matt Herman, and head off to find Kristine by getting back to that car in Hollywood. i show John and Matt how to leap from the ground up over the trees and back, and then i take us on a 'shortcut' through this giant civic center. In the center, there is a drag queen convention of some kind, and while walking through we are continually dodging drag queens in hideous floral print dresses. Finally we get to a quieter west-wing, i try to call Kristine again and my phone still doesn't work. We take a side door and end up in the middle of this strange, non-existent ride at Six Flags. the part we end up in is kind of a haunted museum, with plush carpet, wood paneling and warm lighting. i find another wacky detour, and we sneakily leap into these big innertubes and cruise around the bend at the end of this indoor, cave-like water ride. Zach loses a shoe in the water. At the end of the ride, there is security there changing the hand stamps, which of course we don't have in the first place, so we get taken to this little office where they try to chastise us. That doesn't last long, because we're too cool, and before you know it, we
are back in the park, walking in this hilly grassy area with really tall trees that i recognize from a previous dream as a spot where i did alot of flying. Zach tells me he's freaking out about being barefoot, and i look down to see ants crawling all over his feet. We split up, Zach and Matt wanting to stay at Six Flags, and John comes to help me find Kristine. We take this huge long distance train back to 'hollywood'. At the station we stop at, i try to call Kristine again, and a cop answers. He tells me that my phone has been shut down for reasons of national security, and i ask him where kristine is. 'where do you think she is?' and he laughs and hangs up on me. then jble tries to call me, and i can hear him ask the operator to put him through, but she won't. John and i continue the search, walking through the streets, and he tells me a negative personality trait that he, Zach and Matt have all cut out. he asks me 'what did you cut?'
and then i wake up.

Dreams 14
okay so kristine and i lived in this apartment that was on the third (and top) floor of this gigantic wooden house that was divided into like 30 apartments. Jble and a roommate also had a place there, and John and Ham shared a place there too, as well as a few other friends, the details of whom i can't recall. i remember Jble saying something about how his roommate had this 40,000 dollar server thing that provided some type of awesome security function for the entire apartment building. Where we were was somewhere cold because there was snow everywhere. We did a lot of roof hangout sessions. Then Kristine got mad at me for some reason that i no longer recall and she moved out up to this little room that was above our apartment, a kind of attic room or a tiny "4th floor". i was wandering around on the roof, and i decided to take the elevators down to the ground and go for a walk. The elevators were so cool, in my dream i called them japanese style but they were big and dimly lit, and they had slot machines and little tropical dioramas, one even had a smaller version of hungry hungry hippo mounted to a shelf on the wall. Needless to say, that elevator was my favorite.
So i wind up taking a long walk to Kid Rock's house, and we talk about troubles in relationships for a while, and then he gives me the coolest thing ever. He hands me this little yellow car that's shaped like the old school lamborghini diablos. Not the crappy new style ones but the old, superlow to the ground type ones. and it's not yellow like normal cars are yellow, but kind of a mellow gold, a flat, brown mustard kind of yellow, and at the top of the windshield, in the same yellow, is written the word 'LOAD'. Kid Rock tells me to press these two little tabs on the sides of the car simultaneously, and the car grows to a full size car! It's the coolest thing i've ever seen. I thank Kid Rock sincerely, and drive back to my apartment building beaming with happiness. when i get there, i shrink it back to small, and take the hippo japanese elevator up to ham and john's apartment, to show them this cool shit. When i get there, Kristine and John are hanging with a bunch of people and don't really notice me, so i show Ham,"Ham, look what Kid Rock gave me" i say, making the car expand to full size in his living room. "Oh, it's one of those new cars that can expand" says Ham, completely nonplussed and unimpressed as per usual for Ham...and then i wake up. Man i wish i still had that car....Does anybody have Kid Rock's #?

Its at the townhouse, my old house, the house with the view out back to my dad’s old house from a different time. I learned to swim out there a million years ago. There’s just a few of us, mainly two lights and a purple haze, and gold stars dissolve on paper in our mouths. Things become very musical. The haze vanishes, as hazes are wont to do, and guitars, always guitars, start up their supple song. We sing with our fingers and complex rhythms form shapes and patterns in ears and noses. Very strange, very familiar, ever changing and yet cyclical song constantly vanishing from its current place and returning to somewhere you had long forgotten, only to remember again as you are forgetting again. The music is boiling, rotating. People come in and out, watch for a while, speak words, and leave again, and still the song continues. It’s getting too big for the house, so we place the sounds on our feet and gravitate our ambulatory patterns to the dark and patient concrete out there in the night. The song continues on the shoes and in our mouths, words, numbers, and percussive laughter weaving an example for the atmospheric conditions before us. At a parking lot on a hill beset by crosses, someones says they would like to make the music that god listens to when he goes to sleep. A brilliant idea but how to accomplish it? I can see small scatterings of its pattern but it’s too big for my mind to hold alone. Maybe all the lights together could do it, but just me? forget it. Nice dream, though.
